SHIPPING POLICY

At Arden Sun Gardens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items to initiate a return or exchange. We accept returns or exchanges for items that are in their original condition and packaging, and we do not accept returns on perishable items such as flowers.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
